Physical sports and games are very important for everyone as they help to become healthy and fit. I usually play Table tennis that is also named Ping Pong. It is basically an indoor game. I started playing it in quarantine. Table Tennis develops mental and physical health. Table tennis is the culminate choice for individuals who had knee surgery, history of back issues, or essentially those who are tired of bending their lower legs whereas playing a few other sports.
