Modalert, a sleepiness med (prescription only), fights daytime sleepiness from narcolepsy, sleep apnea, and shift work. It works like a stimulant to keep you awake, but needs to be combined with other treatments. Talk to your doctor before use - it can interact with other meds and cause side effects.
