Please reply. Why does valve care about cs:go?

I'm already tired of playing on 128 tickrate, I want to see resource 2 and something new from this legendary game that has not changed much for 6-7 years (except for graphics). Valve is just too early for this game, I think everyone noticed it and everyone wants to experience something new. I hope Valve notices.
