PUBG: Why only Russians?

I tried to play PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and i always found Russians. I hate them all! They can't even speak English, and if you try to ask them nicely to tak in English they just say "Suck my dick!" and they all talking to me in Russian. It's like they expecting everyone to understand their language, it's so fucking annoying! What is wrong with these people??? Just please remove them from the earth! English is the world language and it's reay easy to understand. Why can't Russians just learn English? They're all fucking stupid How to escape from them?
