Shin Megami Tensei V Gets New Launch Trailer, Available Now for Nintendo Switch

At long last, Shin Megami Tensei V is available for the Nintendo Switch. The latest entry in Atlus’ popular and influential JRPG series sees players taking on the role of the Nahobino, a godlike entity tasked with exploring the apocalyptic ruins of Da’at, recruiting demons to their cause and ultimately deciding the fate of the world.

I love this game. It was my very first SMT experience. It was a lot tougher than the Persona games (I finished 1, 2, 4, and 5 — I've yet to finish 3).

The demon collecting and analyzing aspects is truly a unique gaming experience.

I used to think and I still think it this way: Persona is a story about humans revolving around gods, whereas SMT is a story about gods revolving around humans.
