According to a recent study by CoinGecko, NFT holders generally invest in NFTs for 2 main reasons. The first is utility or how useful an asset is or could be. NFTs like this abound in NFT marketplaces for game assets, and even in NFT ticketing! Another reason was long-term profit. Often enough, investing in a digital collectible can get one return in the future. While there are other reasons, too, these are the primary ones.
