Fabric Loader (1.21, 1.20.5) is a lightweight, experimental modding toolchain for Minecraft. A lot of mods have already been made for Fabric, and it supports many versions of Minecraft. It has been worked on alongside the 1.14 snapshots of Minecraft Java Edition since before snapshot 18w49a (before December 5th 2018). It was created in 2016 as a hobby project and was publicly announced in 2018.
