Sword of the Necromancer, the latest action RPG from developer Grimorio of Games, is available now for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The next-gen console version will come with the Extra Modes DLC that was released earlier this year, with its content outlined in the trailer below!
Players who have purchased a PlayStation 4 or Xbox One copy of Sword of the Necromancer will be able to upgrade to the next-gen console versions for free, including the physical release of the game on PlayStation 4. Grimorio of Games also promises that the game will feature faster load times and better overall performance on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Sword of the Necromancer puts players in the role of rogue Tama as she journeys through an extensive dungeon in search of a way to revive her beloved priestess Koko. Wielding the eponymous Sword of the Necromancer, Tama will fight against myriad foes. With each foe’s defeat, Tama brings them back to undeath, bolstering her chances to reach the journey’s end.
